China Expresses 'Serious Concern' Over Trump's Comments On Taiwan

President-elect Trump said on Sunday he didn't feel "bound by a one-China policy," which has governed U.S. diplomatic relations with Taiwan for decades, unless the U.S. and China make a "deal."
