China Launches Case Against US & EU With WTO Tribunal Over 'Market Economy' Row

China has launched a dispute resolution case at the World Trade Organization aimed at the US and EU, which are reluctant to lift tariffs on Chinese goods, China's Commerce Minister announced on Monday.
