The IPOB has accused Chris Ngige and some South-East politicians of encouraging slavery
The Minister of Labour and Productivity Chris Ngige and some other South-East politicians have come under attack over their stand on the issue of Biafra.
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) said the South-East politicians who condemned the ‘new found’ courage of the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo are evil.
The IPOB also said these politicians are focused on perpetuating the master-slavery relationship between Abuja and Enugu.
The IPOB in a statement released on Monday, December 12, said: “The indigenous people of Biafra IPOB worldwide and it's leadership condemn those opposed to this new found courage of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo are all evil men intent on perpetuating the master slave relationship between Abuja and Enugu.”

The group accused the minister and other politicians of feeding of the master’s table.
IPOB also said the politicians should be ashamed of themselves and hide in shame.
“However, anybody or group of persons against the new found courage of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in supporting the quest for freedom for all must examine his or her conscience before offering an opinion.
“Nevertheless, We IPOB has gone beyond the rent-boy era of politics in Igbo speaking part of Biafra that is something these no hopers should know.
"This is the time to embolden the few good men left in Igboland not to pander to the interest of political vultures who have brought nothing tangible to the emancipation discourse championed by our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB members worldwide," the group said.

The IPOB said their goal remains the actualization of absolute freedom for the Biafra people.
“We also commend the Ohaneze leadership for demonstrating the leadership charisma for once throughout their period in office as executive in Igbo land," IPOB said.
The IPOB also encouraged Ohaneze Ndi Igbo and other elders of the South Eastern region to remain truthful in their quest for the freedom of Biafra.

“Again, as long as the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo and other groups and social cultural organizations in Biafraland remains on the side of the truth without fear or favour IPOB and its leadership will continue to support every of their initiatives aimed at liberating, the emancipation or promotion of our people.
“We hope that other social cultural organizations and elders in Biafraland of Ijaw, Ishekiri, Anang, Ibibio, Kalabari, Opobo, Igala, Idoma, Ogoni, Urohobo, Igbanke etc will come out and toll the line with the recent statements made by Ohaneze Ndi Igbo towards the realization of God's nation Biafra and the liberation of our people.
“Until this sacred and divine mission is accomplished IPOB worldwide will never rest neither our ordained leader nor prophet of our time Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The Ohaneze Ndigbo had earlier declared support for the ongoing agitation for an Independent Biafra state championed by south east youths and groups.
The group said the marginalization of the Igbo has stopped it from condemning the Biafra agitation.
