Star Trek: Discovery Casts Three New Klingons

Shazad Latif (Penny Dreadful) will play Koi, T'Kuvma's protégé and the Commanding Officer of the Klingons.

The trio joins the previously announced cast members Michelle Yeoh, Doug Jones and Anthony Rapp, who play members of Starfleet.

Discovery is set 10 years before the original Star Trek series and will debut its premiere episode on CBS in May.
