Shortage of staff, docs ails Civil hospital

Shortage of staff, particularly doctors, in the OPD is adding to the woes of patients and their attendants in the civil hospital. Worst hit is the medicine OPD that witnesses visit of almost half of the patients coming to the hospital every day.
