ArmInfo. Official Baku will send Armenia a response to the latest proposals for a peace treaty in  the coming weeks. As Interfax reports, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told reporters on January 27. "We have received another package of proposals from Armenia for a  peace treaty.
