ArmInfo. The Czech Foreign Ministry confirmed the detention of a Czech citizen by Azerbaijan. Earlier, Azerbaijani media reported that the country's border guards  detained a Czech citizen allegedly trying to illegally cross into  Azerbaijani territory from Armenia. "We can confirm the detention of a Czech citizen," Mariana Wernerova,  a spokeswoman for the Czech Foreign Ministry, told the Czech CTK news  agency, adding that the reason for the detention was the illegal  crossing of the Azerbaijani border by a Czech citizen. ArmInfo.An explosion destroyed a house in Yerevan's Erebuni community. Rescuers have pulled two persons out of the rubble.   As the press secretary of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs  Narek Sargsyan told reporters, a man and a woman were pulled out from  under the rubble. "Both victims are alive and taken to the hospital. Now we are trying  to understand whether people remain under the rubble," Sargsyan said,  adding that two houses collapsed as a result of the explosion, and  glass in nearby houses was broken from the blast wave.
