АрмИнфо. Фундаментальные принципы, составляющие основу армяно-азербайджанского мирного договора, выдвинуты Азербайджаном и между сторонами ведутся переговоры по тексту мирного договора. Об этом президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев на встрече с председателем 78-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН Дэннисом Фрэнсисом.

ArmInfo.Azerbaijanis destroyed a 13th-century Armenian khachkar in the village of Tsar in the Shaumyan region of occupied Artsakh. This was reported by the Scientific Research Center of Historical and Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Education of Armenia. "According to footage on social networks, the Azerbaijanis destroyed  a memorial complex in the village dedicated to the memory of the  Armenian soldiers who died during the Artsakh War.
