ArmInfo.Negotiations between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenia  Ararat Mirzoyan started today in Almaty. Before its start, Ararat Mirzoyan noted the symbolism of the  bilateral meeting, since it is taking place in the same building  where the famous Almaty Declaration was signed in 1991. The Investigative Committee of Armenia detained two participants in the protest carried out by  the Tavush for the Motherland initiative and its supporters in Yerevan, who were carrying folding knives.
