Twins place OF Max Kepler (knee) on 10-day IL
The Minnesota Twins placed outfielder Max Kepler on the 10-day injured list Saturday due to patellar tendinitis in his right knee. The move is retroactive to Wednesday. Kepler has not played since getting hurt while running out an infield single in the fourth inning of Monday's 11-1 win at Miami. Kepler, 30, is batting .125 (2-for-16) with one homer and one RBI through four games this season. He is a career .232 hitter
