Security is at an all time high in Atlanta as tens of thousands of NFL fans get ready for the Super Bowl LIII pre-parties. More than 40 law enforcement agencies will be overseeing a network with security cameras, bomb-sniffing dogs and X-ray inspections. Mark Strassmann reports.
