Spotify CEO on going public, convincing Taylor Swift to rejoin

Spotify, the world's largest music streaming site, is going public on the New York Stock Exchange. Analysts say the company could be valued at more than $20 billion. It will launch with a direct listing of shares, not an IPO, which removes the traditional role of investment banks. Spotify founder and CEO Daniel Ek joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss why this is only the second inning for the streaming platform, how he convinced Taylor Swift to return to Spotify, and whether he feels threatened by competitor Apple Music.

Teachers are on strike again Tuesday in Oklahoma to protest low wages and cuts in school funding. An estimated 36,000 teachers flooded the state's Capitol on Monday. Teachers also rallied in Kentucky to oppose legislation they say would damage their pension system. Omar Villafranca reports.

Texas suspect suffered seizure before police encounter, attorney says

A lawyer for a man allegedly punched by Fort Worth, Texas, police says the man could have been disoriented because of a seizure. Witness cellphone video shows two officers on top of 35-year-old Forrest Curry and one officer appears to punch him repeatedly. David Begnaud reports.

Cancer survivors sue Ohio fertility clinic
