A man accused of sending package bombs to critics of President Trump was arrested Friday, after pipe bombs were mailed and discovered across the country. Cesar Sayoc, 56, is in custody. He faces federal charges that include illegal mailing of explosives and threatening a former president. CBS News national correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports.
