Biden says Trump "has a lot to answer for" if reports on Russian bounty intel are true

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden rebuked President Trump over reports that intelligence on a Russian spy agency offering bounties to Afghan insurgents to target U.S. troops was included in his briefing material months ago. "It's an absolute dereliction of duty if any of this is even remotely true," Biden said in Wlimington Tuesday.
