Hamas claims none of its leaders were there at the time and dozens of civilians were killed in the strike. Israel's military said Tuesday that it carried out airstrikes on a Gaza refugee camp that it calls a Hamas "terrorist stronghold," claiming that it killed a Hamas military commander and other terrorists. New bodycam video shows police response to Maui wildfire

Newly-released police bodycam footage captured the chaos and devastation which confronted officers as they responded to the wildfire in Lahaina, Maui, in August, as flames tore through the historic town. The island's warning sirens did not sound, and with no fire trucks in sight, officers cut fences to try and create an escape path. Jonathon Vigliotti has more.

Tesla Autopilot system not to blame for fatal 2019 crash, California jury rules

A Southern California jury ruled Tuesday in a civil lawsuit brought against Tesla that its Autopilot system was not at fault in a 2019 crash with left one person dead. Survivors of the crash argued that Tesla's technology was defective, while Tesla claimed the crash was due to driver error.

Warning signs missed before Maine mass shootings

In May, the family of the suspect in the mass shootings in Lewiston, Maine, alerted authorities that his mental health was deteriorating, while his ex-wife told them he had 15 weapons. This was one of several warnings signs in the months that preceded last week's shootings which left 18 people dead. Jeff Pegues reports.

Dozens killed in Israeli airstrike on Gaza refugee camp

An Israeli airstrike on the densely-packed Jabaliya refugee camp in northern Gaza left residential buildings in ruin and at least 50 people dead Tuesday, according to numbers provided by the director of Gaza's Indonesian hospital to Al Jazeera. This comes as fighting between Israeli forces and Hamas militants has intensified, and Israeli troops continue to advance into Gaza. Charlie D'Agata reports.
