The University of Connecticut Huskies’ women’s basketball team paid a touching tribute to Kobe Bryant’s daughter Gigi at their exhibition game. At the start of the game they placed a jersey with the number 2 on a chair along with flowers. Bryant had said in interviews that the 13-year-old already decided she wanted to go to UConn and play for the Huskies.
