This week, The Dish travels to London to meet Stephen Lironi, a restaurateur who made a portfolio of eateries on the back of a hit music career. His restaurants combine the tastes of his Scottish home with the cuisines of Spain, and his newest venture is the critically acclaimed Maresco. Michelle Miller has more.
