New international climate deal reached, first to mention a transition away from fossil fuels

Nearly 200 members at COP28, the U.N. climate conference in Dubai, have agreed on new measures in response to climate change. The hope is to set goals to sharply reduce emissions by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050.
