Everyone knows Obamacare premiums are way up for 2018. New data shows that the other promise of the ACA -- greater choice for consumers -- is suffering too. It's still possible to get Bronze, Silver and Gold plans, but it's getting progressively tougher to find plans other than HMOs in many places.
