Giselle Wellman first became an executive chef at 26 years old for Petrossian in West Hollywood. She continued to have success and even competed on "Top Chef," but found diminishing fulfillment in restaurants. Now she's a “modern lunch lady,” gardener, and educator at San Diego Jewish Academy.
