The 40-inch-by-70 inch acrylic on canvas “Blanco y Verde” (1966-67) by Carmen Herrera, encompassing three green triangles in a white field, is expected to sell for between $1.5 million and $2 million. It was acquired by art patron Agnes Gund in 2006 from the Latin Collector Gallery in New York.
