The Prince Albert Police Service said officers responded to the call around 10:20 a.m. to a home in the 500 block of 5th Street East.
Edmonton city council have put the brakes on a plan to make a portion of 102 Avenue in downtown Edmonton vehicle-free.
The food waste collection program, initially limited to detached homes and some multi-unit properties, will expand to Edmonton apartments and condos over the next four years.
