LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) The mass for Palm Sunday was celebrated Sunday by Bishop J. Douglas Deshotel without a congregation. KLFY was proud to broadcast the mass, live, from the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. Parishioners stood outside during mass and afterwards picked up palm branches from baskets set outside the front door.
