A chilly and wet start to Friday, warmer weather returns this weekend

Scattered showers are moving through Acadiana on a chilly Friday morning. "Feels Like" Temperatures are in the lower 40s for the entire area to start the day. A warm front offshore will drive in milder temperatures this afternoon as highs near the mid 60s. Colder conditions could continue north of I-10 depending on the position of the warm front.
Warmer and more humid weather returns this weekend with highs in the mid to upper 70s under mostly cloudy skies. Rain chances remain low but isolated showers and storms are likeliest on Sunday.
