The app allows you to make use of Locker Room codes and use it to 2K23 MT access the Scan Your Face feature for your MyPLAYER custom-designed character for your MyCAREER mode. However, some players reported that they're having issues signing in into the app and are unable to use the highly-anticipated face scan feature. Check out 2K Games' official statement regarding the fix to the "failed to log into 2K Sports" error message for the NBA 2K23 companion app.
