WWII sailor, 95, wants one last look at the USS Oakland

World War II Navy veteran Robert Almquist, 95, served on the crew of the USS Oakland from 1942 to 1946. Most, if not all, of his fellow sailors are deceased and he wants to hold his own reunion with the ship's mast, located at the Port of Oakland.
