A Houston Democratic congresswoman has fired an unpaid intern after he was arrested by the U.S. Capitol police for allegedly posting online the home addresses of Republican senators backing Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Tester's scheduler instead suggested a meeting in late August and offered three possible dates. When White House staff didn't take up the offer, representatives of Tester followed up at least eight times through mid-September seeking a meeting, the emails show.
