Three plots of land owned by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority are being eyed for potential mixed-use development in San Jose. The sites include a triangular 5.5-acre park and ride lot along Highway 87 and Curtner Avenue by the Curtner light rail station and another 3.89-acre parking lot at Chynoweth and Pearl avenues near the Ohlone/Chynoweth train stop.
