Accident on I-71 southbound at Frank Road blocks traffic

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Medics took two people to area hospitals today after a crash on I-71 south bound at the Ste Route 104 ramp. It was snowing when the accident happened at about 1:30pm. Route 161 West back open near Hamilton Road after crash
