Record-breaking rain causes flash flooding in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh received 2.77 inches of rain Thursday, shattering the record for daily rainfall in the city. The same storm system left a trail of damage from North Carolina to New York overnight and cut power to tens of thousands.
