Booked a hit and run for Catalans this year.

Hope they don't change the fixture now!

Probably more players in than I thought - wasn't sure that Faraimo, Matongo, Shaul would be in. Swift looks massively up for it. And great to see Gaz Ellis in there. Exemplary attitude as ever.

Not many fans will be interested but I know exactly why Park Ave have made a poor start and it will stay that way.
This time last year they made a great start and the owners told the players (thru Damian Irvine) that they couldn't afford to be promoted. Top players were told they could find other clubs which a couple did around xmas and many more in summer.
As much money as Roberts has, he wants to club to be self-sustaining (not a criticism). On it's current fan base and stadium, it is stuck where it is... Читать дальше...

On reflection you are right, skin tight polyester shirts on overweight middle aged + men is the look I should be embracing.

Indeed. It's a fairly small pool in the UK I would have thought?

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

There have been 22 Grand Finals in the SL era I think. Of the 44 participants, 41 (93%) have been clubs of a size that means they don't get accounts exemptions like we do, ie they have greater resources - turnover/assets/employees - specifically Leeds, Saints, Wigan, Warrington and Bradford. The other 3 are us, Cas and Salford who are all "small" companies.

To reach a GF for a club like ours is exceptional, hence the media fairytale narrative of Salford this year. To "expect" us to do so? Читать дальше...

Toulouse is a great city, with many more hotels, bars and things to do than Perpignan. Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but Trip Advisor is a good place to start.

Is this Kevin Brown the man with the very long neck that resembles the neck of a member of the Karen hill tribes in Burma? If the Man of Steel was awarded for neck length then Kevin Brown would be a shoe in. However general rugby league performance on a week by week basis is the criterion, so it is probably between Sonny Bill Williams and James "Jimmy Wins" Maloney. Please note that both those... Decent project signing, bags of potential and at times showed real quality but has lacked consistency.

Not a particularly strong source but still a solid enough rumour.

Hull and Cas fans together on Western Terrace both singing "We hate Rhinos" will be very interesting. Can both sets of travelling fans be accommodated on Western Terrace?
Where will the seated allocations sit?
I hope the club have time to train the stewards for this game. Last year's monkeys don't stand a chance!!

Not sure that the RFL and/or SL have any business directly with a clubs playing staff, however good they are, They could hang on the coattails of Toronto and catch a bit of glory by default but they're not footing the bill for Sonny Bill Williams are they. He's there to make a name for Toronto first
