I shouldn't think either will be in Superleague 2022.

That's the season a reduced TV deal comes in from SKY and a reduced Superleague of likely 10 clubs. Who the clubs will be will be decided by Superleague bosses and SKY who will favour the English clubs so Leeds, Hull. HKR, Wakey, Cas, Huddersfield, Wire, Saints, Wigan and Leigh is likely to be the league by then or should we say Caddick, Pearson, Hudgell, Carter, Fulton, Davey, Moran, McManus, Lenigan and Beaumont.....

Sounds like Swift impressed also in the game v York, very vocal with his centre according to reports. From what we hear I think he'll be a starting winger if fit despite competition from Naulago, Faraimo and Fonua.

Looks like being a bumper crowd on Boxing Day.
Trinity have sold their ticket allocation, although you can still pay on the gate.

Let's hope that everyone enjoys the game and the occasion which will be more poignant than usual.

Away from rugby league, and also recently, politics too.

A very merry Christmas to all members and visitors on here, far and wide.

Not always seen eye to eye with each other, but we all want the same for Wakefield

Just seen a couple of highlights on Twitter. Looks really quick. But proves nothing like you say.

There’s an old saying that would apply. Cutting your nose off to spite your face.

I see where you are coming from but putting a first refusal into the contract is an option that doesn’t have to be taken but worth having imo.

Everyone can have their own take on it. But what was rugby like back in the early 90’s, 80’s even 70’s.
I remember playing Queens and games used to get abandoned all the time because they would just want to hurt anybody and Ryan Baileys Dad was the coach and his brother was the main perpetrator. It happens now and again but like I said it used to happen all the time. Читать дальше...

I think Saint/Wigan/Wire are certainties for top 3 but I think he's in dreamland picking Cas as 4th. I think it's us and Leeds battling for 4th with the outcome entirely dependent on Luke Gale. Whether he's the same player he was pre injury or not, and if he can last the distance. Squad numbers don't always mean very much, but if Kelly doesn't start the majority of our games... Leeds Rhinos - southstander.com • Re: 2020 Captain | Stevie Ward

Rugby League Supporters Association Online

Wrong choice for me. Huge respect for Stevie as a player and a person but i) hasn't been consistently fit enough for a number of seasons, and ii) in my view just piles extra pressure on someone who has enough to worry about just getting and staying fit. Hope he has a great season though, for him and for us.

However flower does land on his belly most of the time and produces quick plays which result on a roll on with speed. It’s what happens AFTER that which is the problem.

But on Crowther, if you don't like his attack, why would you move him to an actual attacking role? Читать дальше...
