I’m wondering if this issue is going to cause tensions in dressing rooms. Players not playing, training etc. due to having to isolate while vaxxed players and staff just getting on with it.

If players isolating starts to have a detrimental impact on the club as a whole how long will it be tolerated?

This game has gone down in legend as the moment it got away but a week or so before we lost to Wakefield Trinity who were nearly relegated that season. In general we were really consistent that season, we lost home and away to Wigan and Bradford who we finished joint top with, but we won nearly every other game. That loss at Wakey was a really costly one. Читать дальше...

The sponsor hasn't paid their most recent payment so until they do, they're not going on the shirts. I assume Wigan are now looking for an alternative sponsor. Not an ideal situation but no business would pay the full 2 year sponsorship upfront. It would always be on a scheduled payment basis. It's just unfortunate that IQONIQ, like a lot of other companies, are struggling post Covid.

Should they just stay at home?

I doubt they would find the sign in the shop very helpful.

Apparently he is a Fijian int. HB or wing. I think he played 1 NRL game on the wing. Spent his career in the NSW and Queensland Cup.

That's one down. I hope the other is another big horrible forward

I highly doubt Burnley have such luxury with their squad.

Leeds will win easily. 2 weeks rest versus 2 days.

Not Leeds' fault but shows what a farce playing with covid so rife is.

Not so sure Marty.
Players who might have played against MU and who were 99% fit may well have been given the extra 2 days to get to the 100% in time for Leeds.
There`s more chance them getting a result against Leeds than MU imo.

If he's unvaxed he'll likely miss a good few games this year through being forced to isolate as a close contact. If indeed he doesn't fall sick. A graduate of the Zak hardaker c2017 school of professionalism, it would seem.

Yes, and he seems to be aligned with Hardaker based on their shared tweets.

In the past it was marginal whether players like that could be justified because of their on-field performance - we found with Hardaker it wasn't by the end. Читать дальше...

We won’t need Jordan Johnston if we have Doyle, Flanagan, Johnson. Bowden however could be a very good addition in the Championship!

I haven't seen him play at Hull but the Jordan Johnstone at Widnes wouldn't be at the bottom of that list.

Think it’s inevitable that employers no matter what sector will ultimately take similar stances. Whilst the vaccine does not stop you getting covid it has been proven that it significantly reduces the chances and affects.
I’m all for personal choice as long as people realise that employers are just as entitled to make a choice too.
