When we were in Aus for the Hull game in 2018 we were talking to someone who was a referee at amateur level who was from Cumbria and he said Wigan had signed Hill and that he was one of the best kids he'd seen coming through the Cumbrian teams.

I was happy we signed him and think before he even played for us he's a better all round player than Mamo. Didn't really get the dislike for him from the get go, same with Holmes, i'm buzzing we signed him and think he's brilliant but people seem to be underwhelmed we signed him. Personal oppinions though so each to their own.

There’s some irritating Eurosport results when I was Googling if it was being shown anywhere, that infer it’s on Eurosport but reading between the lines, I think it’s just score updates on their website.

Smith has a great work rate, he regularly makes 30 or 40 tackles a game, he does give away stupid penalties, but he's very skillful. If he could get in better shape he'd be phenomenal
