I am a season ticket holder for 25+ years. Also doing 6 to 10 away games a season so believe I have a right to offer my thoughts without fear of been labelled a pick and choose fan. Yesterday's sad events and once again my great teams reputation been tarnished by one moronic idiots actions has pushed me to now reconsider my loyalty. Don't get me wrong Greasy whilst not deserving of a rabbit punch from the idiot does not make things easy for himself by rolling around on the pitch at the slightest contact. He actually refereed the game yesterday with his antics. The actual ref was inept from start to finish but did seem to give the major decision to Witton. I sit on LGM and how he deemed Jukeys booking to be a foul was laughable..the ball came over his shoulder and he only kept his eye on the ball. 40 seconds after been booked he got completely wiped out on the half way line but no Witton booking was forthcoming.
Ginger Whinger Smith's after match comments were woefully in accurate and only serve to paint a further misleading picture to the people that were not there. Claiming 15,000 we're clapping the idiot for his actions were not correct. 15000 clapping because the idiot was been nicked and dragged off the pitch were more accurate.
On viewing all of the incidents and unwarranted hyperbole from Neville Shearer et al leaves me to now consider next year's renewal. Remember we are not ALL hell bent on causing trouble so to suggest we should have a massive penalty for this incident only proves football and it's media spin only work in sensationalism. I read ' what if the idiot had a knife!. Do they not know that all home fans get frisked on the way into St Andrews..unlike most other grounds. My 75 year old mother attains as a long serving season ticket holder, and she has to be subjected to the same body frisk ever week. Cheap shot to therefore claim a knife would have been allowed in the ground. IF it had it would of been through poor stewarding outside just as poor stewarding allow the idiot access to the pitch

In short off to Preston and Ipswich in April and all the remaining home games then time to start supporting grass routes football.
Idiots dragging my team down and the media offering an opinion and how it affects my team and it's fan base will be the reason.
Gary Monk I fear may also decide that whilst results have been fantastic, this club is a case passed solving.
