Re: Was yesterday real?.......or just a dream........
Understand. It was directed at those that spout pointless stats as if they mean anything.

That's where the old hippy comes in handy *taps nose
Time to move on now. Things are starting to move our way, even Robbo's suspension has been a stroke of luck with The Return Of The Morrison.
Arry, what can you say? Finger on the pulse or what? Fans? Fan-tastic. This was Blues of old, something to savour and recollect on dire days away. This was the Old Blues back with style...

I love the regulars x
Never seen so many rucksacks as yesterday laden with drinks and food. Woe betide anybody has to spend an extra £ at the kiosks
Scoob makes no comment on how much value he places on the possession stat, he is just confirming the stat.
And now all you filth supporting fools have to live with the fact that you've whored your ass to thoses bastards for jack

But some posted on here that it was a definite sending off and the ref was OK
Well, assuming that they're not, both Blackburn and ourselves have a tough ask and, as has been pointed out, a draw is no use whatsoever. It's good that that's clear, at least.
Brentford are playing well at the moment although you would think that they won't be fired up for it like Blackburn will be. Same goes for us at Bristol.
On paper Forest have it easy, but they lost to a shit QPR side yesterday, so who knows?
We know that if we win, we're safe, but we could be safe if we lose or draw. Читать дальше...

Thanks.
Looks a decent tackle to me.
Never a sending off. Horrendous decision. What a shit refereeing display that was.

The ones who whinged about Rowetts style of football
The ones who overreacted to defeats against Newcastle and Barnsley
The ones who believed Panos when he said 'trust me'
The ones who posted possession stats when we were losing every week
The ones who said "next season will be better"
The ones who shouted down any dissent against Zola
you didn't deserve today.
Sorry to hear about the youngest, Dougie.
It’s probably just a phase he’s going through.
We can’t be watching over them 24/7. The important thing is not to blame yourself.
Yes of course we ask questions of ourselves when things go wrong; why did I destroy that odd shaped ball hidden under his bed. Why did I make him recite the names of our league cup winning team every morning at breakfast. We’ll never know.
I remember those days too. I had a friend who was a Villa fan. I used to go with him and his dad occasionally to the piggery when I was about 9 or 10. It was pretty commonplace then. It was just a love of football really.
I do remember a game though (I think it was a Boxing Day fixture against Cardiff). Villa were 1-0 up and Cardiff equalised. I think I was the only one in the Hole Tend that cheered. Loudly.
Villa mates? What are they then Sting?
Not if most of their possession was passing it around in their own half. Are you trying to ruin my Sunday?
I remember the days when it was quite commonplace to go to Blues, sometimes with your Villa mates one week and vice versa. That was in the days when there was no segregation. Only problem I ever had in those days was with my 83 year old dad, who was a very passionate man, when a bleedin great Liverpool supporter threatened to do him in. To get him out of trouble I had to put my arms around Dad, who had his fists up, and shift him about ten yards away futher down the terracing on the kop.
But if the overall possession was 22% then surely the %age figure for 'meaningful' possesion would be even smaller?

Would love to see just one of the Blackburn top wearers with Zola on the back walk round town in it.

... we had nearly as much possession as they did, certainly meaningful possession.
