I'm afraid that I am one of the many that sadly think we are doomed. So am I a Pessimist or a Realist? Whenever people express the view that we are down they are described as negative. I think this is unfair, I have formed this view based on facts, not that I want it to happen. I will be more than happy to be completely wrong.

Had a job interview for a certain position. Got an email today saying that i have been unsuccessful, the hiring managers thought that my "skills and vast experience" are better suited to a different area of the company and have asked me to attend a different interview within the company.
My question, is this some big organisation BS rejection where they don't want to hurt feelings so suggest passing you round to other areas. But it is still a solid no.

I'm torn, because as Carter stepped up I remember looking round and thinking just for once, let us be the ones celebrating but then through different eyes in the closing seconds at Wembley I looked at my 11 year old Son and thought 'you lucky bugger, I've waited over 40 years for this'!
