Had a job interview for a certain position. Got an email today saying that i have been unsuccessful, the hiring managers thought that my "skills and vast experience" are better suited to a different area of the company and have asked me to attend a different interview within the company.

My question, is this some big organisation BS rejection where they don't want to hurt feelings so suggest passing you round to other areas. But it is still a solid no.

What is the nicest language to listen to?
French?
Spanish?
I wouldn’t say German or Russian, possibly Italian or Greek?
Japanese always seems interesting to hear. English?

Not football related - helping to promote an event for a friend.

Some time in the next hour, Paul Franks is interviewing Tony Bramwell, who knows everything about The Beatles, being a school friend of John,Paul & George working with them all through their career and eventually becoming CEO at Apple.

Tony Bramwell is appearing ay Kitchen Garden Cafe in Kings Heath next week.

And without naming names, Blues most famous fan will be in the audience.

I'm torn, because as Carter stepped up I remember looking round and thinking just for once, let us be the ones celebrating but then through different eyes in the closing seconds at Wembley I looked at my 11 year old Son and thought 'you lucky bugger, I've waited over 40 years for this'!

For those of you planning to go to our final away game at QPR then Virgin Trains have a sale running till Monday.
Earlier today I got £21 return for me & my son from Wolverhampton. Hopefully being a Silver member I won't have problems getting match tickets.

On Netflix. Aside from a couple of not-so-great moments, this is really funny stuff. Dark and brutal at times. He may be divisive but Gervais is on top form here.
