So here's the thing. Drinking (beer mostly) was just making me tired and giving me crap hangovers. I'd just fall asleep in front of the telly and forget to brush me teeth.
So anyway just haven't drunk anything for over a fortnight. I'm wondering whether to carry on...at least for a bit.
Anyone else stopped drinking either for a bit or for ever?
Did anyone else notice the number of homeless people near the ground yesterday? Shocking, really. I know there's been a spike in numbers in Birmingham city centre the last few years but this is the first time, to my memory, that I've seen them around the Blues ground.

Might be wrong but I didnt notice the sprinklers before kick off or half time. The ball didnt zip around, and it held up on the bounce on balls over the top. Think it was the same vs Fulham last match last season.
It certainly doesn't suit possession based teams so I think it could be a tactical decision not to water the pitch. Whilst it may suit us overall I think it didnt help Jota or Che on the ball, it seemed to get stuck underfoot a lot.
Just an observation.

Never used to get hangovers until about 2 years ago now i end up with 2 day hangovers, fecking awful and makes me not want to drink again but i do the same the following weekend. The thing that pisses me off most is i spend saturday in the pub and sunday lying around with a hangover then back to work monday so really i have a one day weekend.

Bought a sparkly new driver that i was hitting like a dream in the shop yesterday (TailorMade M4). Now just had the worst round of my life. Infuriating sport!
