Re: More doggy talk
Dear oh dear. Sorry about that Mo.
No. My beautiful lovely doesn't have a bottom. Her poo comes in little plastic bags that she gives to Mrs B.

Blues 3 vile 0 (Enckleman!)
Blues 2 vile 1 (Carling Cup) cue flares!
Blues 3 West Ham 1 (Carling Cup semi)
Blues 4 Ipswich 1 (Carling Cup semi)
Blues 2 Brentford 0 (Barry Fry days), Martin Grainger playing for Brentford
Blues 5 Chelsea 1 (old Division 2), great on the pitch, fun and games off the pitch and outside!
Any more memories?
God - we are an old bunch - I too was at all these although I did not actually make it into the ground for the Arsenal game - got hauled down from the wall trying to get in after the locked the turnstiles at the Cattell Road entrance.
Was also at the Man U replay - we were spanked.
Talking of other memorable night games but with less than happy endings - Blues 1 QPR 4 LC semi-final.
Blues boosted their Premier League Cup qualification hopes with a fine win at Fulham.Goals by Geraldo Bajrami (17 minutes) and Jude Bellingham (36) put them in command at half-time in the Group G clash at Motspur Park. And although Elijah Adebayo got one back for the hosts with 20 minutes remaining,

"With 2 games to go it's not in our hands - and that's a great place to be."
Nobody proof reads any more, do they?
Paul Lambert paid for the official fans coaches to their game yesterday.
Think he deserves a well done from you as well
To their 45 fans who travelled up to Morecambe. They put a tab behind the bar at half time so the fans could have free drinks.
Good on them

Oh yeah. Oops
Who was at Old Trafford when we last win there in 1978 - a 2-1 win with Kevin Dillon and Trevor Francis netting for us. The other is the 3-2 win at Anfield after being 3-0 up. I know TF scored but can't remember the other scorers. That was 1978 I believe.
Sure I went to the previous matches before ( history could show I am wrong ) but I am sure I was so fed up with us losing at Anfield that I thought I would sit this one out, just my luck and the story of my life lol.

Rachel, or ‘real mommy’ as I call her when winding up Mrs B, let us look after Hattie for a couple of days.
We took her to a country park out Dagenham way.. She loves ferreting around in the undergrowth - Hattie that is not Rachel - anyway, when our little walk was over we sat on a bench got the dog bowl and water out - I was really thirsty - no only kidding - and our little lovely started slurping away.
Jeez what a smell. We examined her but we couldn’t find any evidence of her rolling around in dog shit. Читать дальше...
Your dad lost
Was in about 1976, shortly before my father died, and there was no partitioning of the fans, in those days.. Took my dad, who was a passionate Glaswegian, and he let his emotions go and rolexed Liverpool ,for some, dirty, fouls, when this massive Liverpool supporter told him to shut his mouth. Up went Dad's fists and he was ready for the fight, he had won a few medals for boxing in his RAF days,
Dad was born in 1900 and I had to physically restrain him, and drag him away from the scouser, by taking him a few steps down the kop ... Читать дальше...

First Norwich away, 1982, wedndeay night. Got there late, we were queuing outside and heard a muffled cheer. “Feck, we are losing already” get inside, we are 2-0 down. We lost 5-1. Then we lost to West Ham on the Saturday away, 5-0.
The good bit. They were not the worst results that season!
IIRC, 5 games, two goals for, 17 against, one point. And that was the end of the “I’m doing every game this year” ambition
Love the show! Probably Mich for me, cracks me up!

It’s plain wrong that he was driving on public roads at his age, but I blame his Family more than Phil himself. They are in the best position to know when the time was right for him to stop.
I do admire Phil’s spirit, though, and he really does embody Blues culture... I’ll do and say as I want. Yes, he has a grandson who’s a wrongun, but he’d be too bloody minded to listen to him. He’d much prefer to be a Bluenose reprobate - free-thinking; loud; full of attitude & passion. Читать дальше...
