Blatant penalty. Ref bottled it and absolved his responsibility to VAR. Should have gone to the pitchside monitor and taken control. Whether or not he awarded the pen (and l think he would have) at least he would carry the the responsibilty and do what he is well paid to do.

Complete the paperwork, return to each force and may be, just maybe they'll both offer a SAC course not knowing that another force has an outstanding offence and with no completed SAC course on record

So this guy, Google's it and he comes back, with there are weak spots in small heath and this is due to an EAGLE!! nesting in one of the Wi-Fi towers/last and the to young chicks, they can't touch this tower/ mast.
