Literally, day after day people are posting about new black mold patches in their house... "never seen it before".
I consider myself well-prepared to chime in, as we had issues when we first moved in, but have since got on top of it with dehumidifiers and we are looking into PIV next year.
Ultimately (for us) it was about humidity and cold walls as they are solid. People are forgetting that a humid but cool house is a recipe for nasties as moisture settles. Читать дальше...
Our tenants had blocked the air bricks so there was mould in one bedroom. I unblocked the air brick and have had no issues since.

Does anyone know what they plan to do with the seating once the work has been completed. Will it be back to an all seater stadium like before or are they installing standing areas?

I had the privilege of marching at the Cenotaph on Sunday with HMS Illustrious Association, one of the ships I served on. We were seen on the BBC coverage. It was an incredible experience with those watching cheering us round.

...anyone with BG, for gas, had a November bill yet? Think their new system has gone a bit awry, unless there's a new ice age coming.
My estimated gas usage is 28,611.08 kWh which is going to cost me £3331.45.
Average Gas usage is said to be 12,000 kWh ????♂️
For context in the year November '21 to November '22 I used 529 gas units and my account is roughly £200 in credit ????
They are bleeding useless
I can’t submit meter readIngs online as they say I have a smart meter - I don’t
Their phone line is always engaged, so I submitted via email, and kept getting reminders for a fortnight
Now they have sent 2 bills for the same day the, one showing I’m about £200 in credit; the other suggesting I owe them £900
Getting a little messy now this is.
why ? One person has a real problem, the other is just making one up, both in the news today. Shows what a complete tit Ronaldo is being.
