Small Heath Alliance

I'm looking to seek legal advice against an establishment that has stated in a written document that I received a receipt for sum of a money by deception, I have also been accused of bullying people at this establishment which has never been investigated or either allegation proven, my question being, how would I proceed with this issue going forward ...as in taking legal action...all advice welcome, even the stupid stuff ..Thanks

Cease and desist first. If you intstigate it any further, then a letter of claim must be sent out.

Each step from there on in will cost you a decent chunk of change, so hopefully it gets settled quickly, before you need to find that High Court money.

Anyone else who’s got their tickets today order a digital one?

No. Simply on principle.
£1 p+p or £1.60 for digital !? ????‍♂️
It looks like they’ve offered it in error. Had blues branding on it rather than Leicester - and now it’s not being offered so I think they’ve offered this in error. Email and a phone call tomorrow with the Ticket office. Triffic

Squad come 1st July (15 replies)

The thread on Pritchard got me thinking, we really do have a huge rebuild (again) this summer but a huge opportunity to shape our squad to fit our future plans. It's also a banana skin because if we get it wrong we could hamstring ourselves on long contracts for utter shite, like we did with Dong Ren.

Not everyone we sign is going to be aged 20-26 and either a bright prospect or about to hit their prime. We're going to have to sign a couple of shorter-term players. If you exclude youth... Читать дальше...

New spine. Goalkeeper, hard man centre back (perhaps a second ball player), ball playing midfielder, striker or two and wrap what we've got left after the clear out around them.

Just watched the Blues Focus Podcast featuring Steven Night. Well done young men. Brought back so many memories. Yep supporting Blues was never a choice. As said it’s a family thing. Even served my Apprenticeship in the sixties just off Sandy Lane in Sampson Road North being close to St. Andrews. Now some five thousand miles away in Jamaica I’m doing my bit. Local “yute” have replaced “WhaGwaan” with “Arl roite ar kid” and youngest Grandson is keeping the tradition alive in deepest Texas.

Any possibility that this "word" could be replaced by the phrase "I am an attention-seeking fanny" by the swear filter?

Alex Pritchard (30 replies)

The Telegraph reported that blues are interested in Alex Pritchard

"Sunderland midfielder Alex Pritchard has interest from three clubs taking him on a long-term deal after entering the last six months of his deal at the Stadium of Light.
Birmingham City, under former Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray, would explore a deal for the 30- year-old but he is also being monitored by Sivasspor in Turkey and MLS outfit Colorado Rapids."

Lessons from last night (33 replies)

Small Heath Alliance

TM did the right thing last night and got the result too. Great management imo. What we saw in the first half will have confirmed what we all know.

Burke - never again
Gardner - only if essential
Longello- will only ever be a back up
Bielik - can’t play without Sunjic
Donovan - great promise but not just yet
Anderson - needs to regain match fitness

Lots of this last night by the look of things.

We need to leave St Andrews and the cess pit of an area it resides in. Police not bothering and local residents turning a blind eye. Appalling.

Hi everyone, apologies for the shameless plug. But I know alot of you are into your grassroots music.

My band Blue Nation are releasing our latest EP reflections at The Crossing in Digbeth on Sat 3rd Feb.
We sound like if The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Cream and Ocean Colour Scene had a baby!

If you fancy something to do after the Baggies game. Grab a ticket. Its gonna be a good night! And it'd be awesome to get some some of you on board for the journey!!

Solar Eyes - Band (12 replies)

Small Heath Alliance

There was a lady in The Roost before the game last night handing out flyers for her son’s band, The Solar Eyes. They are playing a gig at The Hare & Hounds, Kings Heath on 16th Feb to launch their first album, having recently signed to a record label.

No knowledge of them myself but the lady told me they play Kasabian type stuff and are Blues fans. Found a photo of Juke wearing one of their merch shirts online.

As I say, I’ve no connection to them at all but if their mom... Читать дальше...
