News and notes: After a mechanical issue last weekend in Richmond, Boyd is ready to test his skills at the first annual running of the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval. Boyd will sport special colors on his Grunt Style Chevy this weekend with pink- camouflage in support of breast cancer survivor Liz Alarik. “I honestly have no idea what to expect this weekend. GMS Racing announced today that Tyler Dippel has joined the team for the final four races of the 2018 season. Beginning with the October 27th race at Martinsville Speedway, Dippel will drive the No. 25 Chevrolet Silverado with leadership from veteran crew chief Jerry Baxter.
