Kurt Busch and Star Nursery Celebrate 20th Anniversary of First NASCAR Championship at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) announces a partnership with Las Vegas-based Star Nursery to be the primary sponsor on the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, driven by Las Vegas native Kurt Busch, when the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) on Sunday, Mar. 3. The No. 1 Star Nursery Camaro will feature livery to match the car that Busch drove to his first NASCAR Championship 20 years ago.

DGR-Crosley Truck Series Advance: Las Vegas Motor Speedway

The NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series will head west to Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway this weekend for the third race of the 2019 season. For the first time in DGR-Crosley history, the team will have three Toyota Tundra entries in Friday's Truck Series Strat 200. Anthony Alfredo will have a new number this weekend, driving the team's No. 15 entry. Ryan Reed will be behind the wheel of the No. 17 Tundra and Natalie Decker will drive the No. 54 N29 Technologies entry.

WEST COAST SWING: 2019 marks the fifth consecutive year that the NASCAR schedule has taken the series on a ‘West Coast Swing’ visiting Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Phoenix International Raceway and Auto Club Speedway in succession. Chevrolet has been the most successful manufacturer by earning six victories of the 12 races in the past three seasons that the series has made this mecca. One manufacturer is yet to sweep the “West Coast” swing in its current configuration.

Earlier today, Team Penske released the first video of the 2019 series of The Penske Games, which returns for its third season after achieving critical acclaim and impressive viewership totals in 2017 and 2018. The multi-episode social media series will be distributed online throughout the course of the 2019 racing season. The new season launched today with the Team Penske drivers playing a version of the popular party game, Minute to Win It, pitting NASCAR and Supercars drivers against their INDYCAR and IMSA counterparts.
