Man's body found in St. Paul pond

St. Paul police discovered an unidentified man’s body about 12:30 p.m. Sunday after being called to a stormwater drainage pond in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood, according to Steve Linders, spokesman for the St. Paul Police Department.
