A FITNESS fan has shown how different her body looks when it’s relaxed compared to when it’s posed.
People said she didn’t look fit, but the real conversation starter was her stylish leggings.
Content creator Charlotte (@itsmygrind) is a fitness coach who is also documenting her self-love journey on TikTok.
On her account, she welcomes people to the “real side of FitTok.”
She shared a transparent TikTok video catered toward people who say that she doesn’t look fit.
For the entire video, she filmed herself in the mirror.
When the video began, she wore high-waisted olive green leggings and a long-sleeve cropped athletic top with her hair in a lazy ponytail.
The natural beauty stood in a relaxed state, which caused her stomach to push out and appear bloated.
“You don’t look fit,” the subtitle over her head read.
Halfway through the video, she turned around and posed her body to emphasize her glutes and lean out her stomach.
“Let me just pose,” the subtitle now read.
“It’s all about the pose, angles, lightning,” she explained in the video’s caption.
