I’m a cleaning whizz & found a £3 B&M buy that’s a game changer for dusting – there’s not an ounce of sticky fluff left
FEATHER dusters are out apparently, as a woman has unveiled a new product that will leave your surfaces dust-free and sparkling.
The cleaning whizz filmed an ASMR-style video where she first showed off the packaging of the Damp Duster, which was designed by fan-favourite company Scrub Daddy.
Scrunching the plastic wrapper, she then ripped it open and took out the pink sponge, which features long ridges that help trap the dust in.
After running it under water, she squeezed out the excess before removing items from a table top and wiped it down.
She then showed the results off by turning the sponge around to reveal all the dust trapped in the ridges.
Washing it all off in the sink, she continued by wiping down her shelves and vanity table – each time unveiling the dust caught in it.
“ASMR Try with me – so satisfying,” she wrote in the caption.
While the Damp Duster appears to be selling for £20 on Amazon, it’s an affordable £3 from your B&M store.
In the product description, Scrub Daddy promises to collect and trap dust in “one quick wipe”.
“You can wash the sponge after every use and use it time and time again, and you can use it anywhere in the home – from your windows to your fences,” it continued.
People were left in awe of the product and took to the comments to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: “I want one,” as a second chimed: “I need this!! I hate the feel of polish clothes microfiber ugh”.
And a third said: “I’ve been influenced”.
Others, who have the Damp Duster shared how much they love it as one said: “Actually pretty good for getting lint and dust off velvet furniture and headboards.”
Another said: “I love mine! I was only able to find it at Amazon,” to which @Blooms_abode replied: “I looked for soooo long and got one in Asda”. [sic]
While a third wrote: “Honestly, that thing is amazing.”
