Naga Munchetty’s BBC Breakfast secret revealed in behind-the-scenes snap after she ditched the studio
NAGA Munchetty’s BBC Breakfast secret has been revealed in a behind-the-scenes snap.
The journalist and presenter, 48, ditched the red sofa this morning as she co-hosted the show from London.
It was part of the Beeb’s coverage of the Coronation of King Charles III which takes place tomorrow.
Naga‘s co-presenter Charlie Stayt, 60, broadcasted as normal from the Salford in Manchester studio.
However, a behind-the-scenes snap of BBC Breakfast‘s outdoor set has revealed a secret Naga was keeping from viewers.
She was standing on a metal box to prop her up so she could be at the same level as her guests.
It made the star look taller than usual on screen – with viewers at home noticing.
Commenting on the snap, one viewer said: “Little boxes for dare I say little people. How’s your box smaller than @TVNaga01.”
A second said: “The magic of television!”
“Naga looks very tall this morning,” commented a third.
Fans also complimented Naga on her ‘glowing’ outfit as she wore a bright orange coat to keep her warm.
One viewer said: “Geez that’s bright, Naga! I thought maybe you were skiving this morning with Charlie on his Tod on the sofa – I expect he had to throw you out of the studio when you turned up glowing in that outfit!”
Another said: “Naga you look beautiful, in your striking orange coat.”
During this morning’s BBC Breakfast Naga spoke to a royal correspondent about the big day.
Her make-up was immaculate, with her usual smoky eyeliner and pink glossy lipstick.
