I wanted a glam set of acrylic nails but it was a fail – the beautician left my fingers in agony, I can’t believe I paid
A WOMAN has revealed that she wanted a glamorous acrylic manicure but what she got instead was a mega fail.
Beauty fan Samantha Mae was left stunned at her nail fail, which left her fingers cut and bleeding.
Taking to TikTok to show off the awful nails, Samantha said: “This is AFTER he “fixed” it and was rude AF.
“Still charged me $50 [£40] for the set, and my right thumb is bleeding lol.”
Samantha also explained that she normally does her nails herself, so it’s even more annoying that this happened to her when visiting a salon.
She claimed: “First time going to the salon in a year instead of DIY-ing it, and this is why.”
At the start of Samantha’s clip, she shared a picture of the nails that she “asked for.”
Samantha wanted a beautiful set of chic acrylic nails, but what she ended up with was very far removed.
Seconds later, the young woman then shared a picture of the nails she actually got.
Not only were the nails not the same length, shape or colour, but her fingers were badly cut too.
There was nail varnish on her skin and she also confirmed that her thumb was left bleeding after the appointment.
Samantha later added: “He said he didn’t see what I was talking about after “fixing” it..”
Samantha’s clip has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed a whopping 78,000 views.
It has 996 likes, 49 comments, 50 saves and 63 shares.
Social media users were stunned at Samantha’s nail fail and many took to the comments to express this.
One person said: “OMG. I would have thrown hands girl. I can’t believe they did that to you.”
Another added: “Omg ouch. No way.”
A third commented: “Why’d you pay? I’d have called the cops or the non emergency # and walked out saying I ain’t paying.”
Someone else chimed in: “I wouldn’t have left till they fixed it oh hell no.”
Another beauty fan claimed: “I would have simply walked out.”
